Green Jnr’s serious interest for electronic music began in his early teenage years listening to DJ’s and artists such as Farley & Heller, Robert Owens, Black Science Orchestra, George Morel and St. Germain.
Ten years later Green Jnr is now one of Durban’s most sought after DJ’s and an emerging star in the South African music scene, his passion for both the music and spreading his sound to the people is what motivates this talented young man.

Inspired by the strong house and dance music scene in the mid 90’s, these influences have molded his unique and mature style of today, which spans deep/soulful house through to tech/minimal house and techno.
Having held residencies at Bargo, Pop Art Cafe, Goo Chi, and currently at Tilt, Green Jnr has also played alongside top international DJ’s such as Alexkid, Troydon, Tim Deluxe, Milk & Sugar, The Troublemen, Jay West and Joey Youngman as well as playing at top clubs around South Africa including 115 (Jhb), Carfax (Jhb) Groovebar (Jhb).

Green Jnr’s trademark impeccable mixing and careful track selection has ensured him as a headliner at any major house event.

In 2003 he opened his online record store, www.topshelfrecords.co.za providing house aficionados with underground sounds from around the globe.
2006 saw Green Jnr take his many musical styles to the studio and produced two tracks for the world-renowned deep house compilation series - Afterdark
